Sundays after Epiphany and after Pentecost

Because the date of Easter Sunday varies (from 22 Mar. to 25 Apr. inclusive), the date of Septuagesima, too, moves around (9 Sundays before Easter). In order to "make room" for an early Easter, we transfer part of the quasi-season of Time after Epiphany to after Easter, in Time after Pentecost. The Last Sunday of Pentecost is always just that. If there is no Sunday in the current year for a given Mass, that Mass is omitted (e.g., with 26 Sundays after Pentecost and only three after Epiphany, the 4th Sun. after Epiphany is omitted). If Easter Sunday falls on 24 or 25 April, the 23rd Sunday after Pentecost is omitted.
